Blackberry Icecream






300 grams of fresh fruit
130 grams of fine sugar
1 dessert spoon of lemon juice
150 ml's of cream
50 ml's homo milk

Wash the fruit, and mash together with the sugar and lemon juice; stir the mashed fruit mixture into the cream and milk.

Turn on the ice cream maker and pour mixture into the bowl; ice cream is ready in 25 to 35 minutes.
