Coal River.
The property has approx 250 feet of River Front.
The main section here needs some work.
I've started to clear out this main area.
The thought will be to build a deck over looking the River.
There has also been talk of having a cooking station down there.
Also we'd like to have a River Front Theatre; we thought we'd get a couple of old cars, and cut the roof off of them, make it look all nice with couches etc, and have a sheet or screen in a nearby tree with a projector. It would be like a drive in theater right on the river.
